IDT SINYUAN Sealing Technology co., ltd is founded on 1^st , March, 2006. A joint venture company with IDT Industrie-und Dichtungstechnik GmbH and SINYUAN Industrial Material Co., ltd who devoted on the sealing products technology.

IDT, a competitive company who have 80 years experience on seals and gaskets. Its innovative products meet the requirements of the market, continual further development of our high-quality products, state of the art manufacturing installations, as well as numerous copyrights are the preconditions for making IDT be the leading gasket manufactures in Germany.

SINYUAN, founded in 1994, focusing graphite sealing material, and finished gaskets for fluid sealing industry and automotive industry, and doing R&D in the new material such as CNF,eDuct etc.

ISS ISS

ISS are committed to ensuring our customers receive the highest level of technical support either in selecting the right product or mounting instructions. Our support capabilities include specialization in both materials technology and facility. ISS owns a series advanced equipment, including : water cutting machine ( imported from Sweden), welding machine ( Germany), spiral wound gasket machine, braided machine, various punch, bridge-punch (Germany ) , special gasket machine (Germany).

ISS 4000x2000mm 100mm.

Watering jet cutting machine: the advance machine imported from Sweden. With this machine, we can supply you various dimension gasket in very shot time, fulfill the customer urgent requirement! The handle dimensions of up to 4000x2000mm and material thickness of 100 mm.

Plasma welding machine (imported from Germany )

0.10mmt. 0.10-0.20mm

Advantage imported plasma welding machine, which can welding various thin Stainless steel material, the thinnest thickness can reach 0.10mmt. This machine can welding 0.10mmt-0.20mmt stainless steel eyelet , which ensure the leakage rate of gasket.

QC Control —

ISS

ISS devoted to develop the gasket technology, we have various advanced test rig which cost us a lot, to ensure supply our customer the best quality of gasket and the best technical service !

To ensure the test results quality, ISS create a constant temperature / humidity room, the temperature is keeping 23+/-2^o C, humidity is keeping 50+/-6 every day!

ISS AMTEC

TA-LUFT AMTEC DIN28090 EN13555

To keep the same test results as the world, ISS equipped with AMTEC test rig from Germany, it’s exactly the same type test rig as the Germany institute! This test rig can do the testing according to TA-LUFT requirement ! With this rig, we can test the leakage rate of gasket, compressibility /recovery test, relaxation test etc! We can test according standards as DIN 28090, EN13555 etc.

QC Control —

To control the raw stainless steel material, ISS imported spectro rig from Germany which can very quickly test the content of stainless steel, to ensure every gasket made by ISS is qualified !

Flat graphite gasket —

Flat graphite gasket , with / without inner / outer eleyte, used widely on chemical industry

Properties / field of application:

• Excellent temperature resistance, permanent temperature: -200^o C up to 550^o C, inert: 3000^o C

• Excellent media resistance, especially in corrosive media and chemicals

• Low constant diffusion rates, even at higher temperatures
